SECOND EDITION

EVENT PROGRAMME

Our special Valentine’s Day programme will be held on Tuesday 14th February between 12 noon and 10 p.m. As previously, we have decided to dedicate this globally celebrated Love Festival to book lovers, people who are in love with reading. Entry is free to all the events of the day.

Our programme opens at 12 noon with meetings for the child audience (obligatory registration by email: sekretariat@willa-lentza.pl). From 3 p.m. you can talk to Authors about their work and get their autographs on books that you purchase at the Lentz Villa or bring from home. Individual meetings will be followed by debates about literature and the love of books, held in our theatre hall.

Participation has been confirmed by, among others: Małgorzata Duda (12 noon till 8 p.m.), Dorota Kościukiewicz-Markowska (5 to 7 p.m.), Andrzej Kraśnicki Jr (5.30 to 8 p.m.), Marek Maj (5 to 8 p.m.), Irena Naumowicz (3 to 4 p.m.), Andrzej Łazowski (4 to 8 p.m.), Konrad Pawicki (3 to 4 p.m.), Marcin Przydatek (3 to 7 p.m.), Michał Rembas (5.30 to 8 p.m.), Izabela Rosa-Grygorowicz (5.30 to 8 p.m.), Sylwia Trojanowska (3 to 4 p.m.), Mirosław Wacewicz (3 to 7 p.m.), Tomasz Wieczorek (5.30 to 8 p.m.), and Iwona Żytkowiak (4 to 8 p.m.).

Programme:

12 noon till 1 p.m. – Valentine’s Day book lovers’ meeting with Małgorzata Duda for the youngest children (aged 5 to 10, free entry, obligatory registration by email: sekretariat@willa-lentza.pl).

1.30 till 2.30 p.m. – Valentine’s Day book lovers’ meeting with Małgorzata Duda for older children (aged 10+, free entry, obligatory registration by email: sekretariat@willa-lentza.pl).

From 3 to 8 p.m. – meetings with authors in different rooms in the Lentz Villa

4 p.m. – On Pomeranian legends: Krzysztof Lichtblau in conversation with Małgorzata Duda and Mirosław Wacewicz (theatre hall)

5 p.m. – A meeting with Professor Piotr Urbański, chair: Jakub Stefek (theatre hall)

6 p.m. – The literature of Szczecin, a discussion panel with Gabriel Augustyn and Marek Maj, chair: Krzysztof Lichtblau (theatre hall)

7 p.m. – A meeting with Magdalena Parys, chair: Konrad Wojtyła (theatre hall)

8.15 p.m. – Screening of the film The Lesser Evil, introduction by Jan Koprowicz (theatre hall)
