The concert featuring US singer and composer Claire Kelly, held as part of our JUVENUM HORTUS cycle, has attracted much interest. Kelly is a finalist of the Kerrville Folk Festival’s Grassy Hill New Folk Competition for Emerging Songwriters and of the ‘Songwriter Serenade’ songwriting competition in La Grange, Texas. At the Lentz Villa, she presented selections from her recently released album The Scenic Route.

There was also an agreeable surprise bonus in the form of a music performance by Jacek Rudnicki – a paediatrician and neonatologist who is also an amateur musician, text author, and composer.
