Ad Astra. Pawicki / Szostak



Please join us on Wednesday 9th August 2023 at 7 p.m. for our next concert in the AD ASTRA series – a recital of the popular actor Konrad Pawicki, who will be joined this time by pianist and composer Wiktor Szostak.
The programme PIANO BERLIN features songs from Pawicki’s three albums, featuring excellent texts, some in a melancholy mood, others presenting strident and truculent rock-and-roll rhythms. Apart from his own compositions, the artist will sing great hits by Tom Waits and Leonard Cohen. The project met with an enthusiastic reception during its recent premiere at Berlin’s Loci Loft jazz club (hence the recital’s title).
