Szczecin in Modrow's paintings (1888-1986) with the exhibition curator Paweł Gut

On Thursday – November 4, at 17:00, we encourage you to see the paintings in which Fritz Johannes Modrow, popular in the last century, immortalized Szczecin. The curator of the exhibition, Dr Paweł Gut, will introduce the canvases presented at the Lentz Villa and talk about other "Sources to the history of Szczecin in 1873-1945 in the resources of the State Archives in Szczecin" (lecture place – theatre hall).
It is worth adding that the painter, born near Gryfino in 1888 (when the architectural concept of Villa Lentz was being created), lived in Szczecin in the 1930s and 1940s.
