On Saturday, June 4, 2022 – at 17.00, there will be a vernissage of Timm Stütz's photographs. This German artist is a winner of many prestigious awards. For example, the International Federation of Photographic Art (Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique – FIAP) honored him with titles, among others, Artiste (AFIAP – 1993) and Exellence (EFIAP – 2001).
The author of mainly black and white photographs, photo albums, nautical books and essays is a journalist, translator, essayist, creator of aphorisms, journals and memoirs, and a propagator of Pomeranian sailing boats (the so-called zeesenboots). Since 1983, he has been associated with the Szczecin Photographic Society (STF), and since 2002, he has been a member of the Association of Nature Photographers (ZFP). He was the president of the STF for several terms and is currently an honorary member of the STF and ZFP.
Timm Stütz is a creator and co-creator of many national and international exhibitions: individual, collective, post-open-air and post-competition. In addition, he took an active part in the International Photo Salons, organised, among others, under the patronage of FIAP, winning numerous medals, awards, distinctions, diplomas and congratulatory letters.
A musical presentation by Halina Różanek will take place during the vernissage.
