Szczecin in Paintings from the Turn of the 19th and 20th Centuries, Property of Private Szczecin Collectors – An Exhibition Vernissage

The exhibition Szczecin in Paintings from the Turn of the 19th and 20th Centuries, Property of Private Szczecin Collectors opened on Thursday, 25th April 2024 at the Lentz Villa with a vernissage. The project is a cross-border cultural offer co-financed from the funds of the Interreg VI A Mecklenburg-Vorpommern / Brandenburg / Poland Cooperation Programme 2021-2027.
Attractive fringe events included guided tours of the exhibition in Polish and German as well as a concert by cellist Michał Pepol and pianist Bartek Wąsik. Honorary guests included members of the Szczecin Club of Collectors – Devotees of Painting and Historical Art with their President Kryspin Pawlicz, Agnieszka Vanhöfen, representative of the City of Anklam and Sabine Görner, Director of the Museum im Steintor Anklam (Museum of Local History in the Anklam Gate). Also present were the exhibition’s curator Renata Zdero and its scientific consultant Ewa Gwiazdowska.

The exhibition can be visited till 4th August 2024. Please come and see!
