Tomasz Lazar is a laureate of, among others, World Press Photo, Picture of the Year International, CHIPP, Sony World Photography Award, BZ WBK Press Photo, Grand Press Photo, and Lumix Festival for Young Journalism. He presented photos taken during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Lentz Villa.

In his photographs, the artist showed how the reality changed by the pandemic: limitations, isolations, and the extent to which it influenced the functioning of people in public space and the need for building interpersonal relations anew.
