Every culture is based on values. Therefore, we want to discuss this topic, which is why we will organize regular discussion meetings in the garden of the Lentz Villa, during which our guests will talk about values in culture.
The first meeting in a summer atmosphere, entitled "Taste in culture" will be moderated by Kalina Kukiełko-Rogozińska PhD, assistant professor at the Institute of Sociology of the University of Szczecin:
What is taste? Is it discussed?
City, bourgeoisie and taste. Tradition and the present day. How do we view the Lentz Villa in this context?
Is the history of the place, its roots, something that enriches or burdens us?
Do we have any taste in Szczecin? How is it manifested? What would we like to have? What determines our Szczecinness in terms of aesthetics?
