The theatre play "1888. Villa of Love" was commissioned by the Lentz Villa to inaugurate and announce the activities of the newest cultural institution in Szczecin.
The show's creators believe that: There is a thin line between truth and fantasy in love. There is a question of interpretation between fact and supposition in the story. In the past and as today, lovers hide their secrets. How to deal with the unexpected? When and how to set boundaries in the relationship? Let's take a look inside the Lentz Villa to learn more about this family's secret and admire the interior of this extraordinary house. The Lentz Villa is filled with the echoes of human relationships, which blend with the building’s architecture. They also emphasize that: Our intentions are sincere. We are aiming towards presenting the truth. Our focus is to know and understand the innermost secrets of the Lentz family and their home. We have collected scattered facts from their lives, we assessed clues, and we took educated guesses. The puzzle that appeared before our eyes surprised us at first. Then it scared us, and then we were going to hide everything. Finally, after much reflection, we made a decision: don't keep it a secret.
