Juvenum hortus – young Ukrainian musicians
This Sunday (April 3, 2022), at 17:00, musicians from Lviv, winners of international music competitions and festivals, will participate in the Lentz Villa concert series – JUVENUM HORTUS.
We have invited the young artists and their teachers to Szczecin. Right after the Szczecin concert, they will go on a European tour, which will begin on April 4 in Berlin.
The event, an expression of solidarity with the Ukrainian nation, will allow instrumentalists and vocalists to appear in front of the audience and break away, for a moment, from the trauma associated with the war, loss of instruments and separation from their loved ones.
The performers will include pianists – Igor Bachmut, Anna Koziak and Marija Shvydkiv, violinists – Elwira Moroz, Roksoliana Zakopets, oboist – Michał Kulynych, vocalists – Jaryna Shvydkiv (mezzo-soprano) and Eugeniusz Leszczenko (baritone) and professor Lev Zakopets – director of the Specialist Secondary Music School in Lviv, lecturer at the Rivne University of the Humanities.
